Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard and credit/debit card payment through PAYPAL.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
We ship daily to U.K using 1st class recorded delivery and worldwide by royal mail airmail.
We also offer a next day city link courier service on U.K orders.
Delivery Schedule We will ship your order within 2 business days. Next day delivery is available in U.K select at checkout. European orders are sent by airmail and are generally received in under 7 days. International orders are sent by airmail and are generally received in under 10 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included.

Blue Marvel do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty we will also refund the postage cost.
Our 30 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, please note that this does not include any postage costs incurred for the transaction.
We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
For reasons of health and hygiene we can not accept the return of non faulty headsets (bluetooth or corded) under the standard 30 day returns policy.
* You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item please contact us and we will test/exchange/refund the item as soon as possible.
* We recommend that you use a recorded service for any returns for your own peace of mind as these can be tracked on the royal mail website.
* Cancelled orders will be fully refunded if cancelled before despatch.
